My childhood was informed by an environment of multigenerational relatives.  My schooling provided singing in the choir, daily rosary praying, angels, saints, Mother Mary and Jesus as my  spirit confidants.  I am an intuitive empath from both parents’ ancestral lines.  In childhood, sometimes I knew and saw the internal root causes within a person of their outward expressions (anger, sadness etc.).  

My professional career over a span of 55 years as an Occupational Therapist was a blessing. This healing profession provided experiences of being intimately involved with persons as they navigated rebuilding their lives after traumatic events and those who were passing into spirit.  The persons that I interacted with extended from babies to elders.  I practiced in acute and rehabilitation hospital settings, long term care facilities, community home care and schools.   At times, I felt a schism between being an Occupational Therapist and my desire to be a spiritual, energy healer.  My guides informed me that the schism was my own creation and that the majority of people with the greatest traumas and needs were in mainstream settings.   

I co-founded and served as the legal advocate for a battered women’s shelter accompanying women to court proceedings.  And, as an advocate with the United Cerebral Palsy agency, I assisted children/families seeking appropriate school and community services.  Those professional advocacy experiences honed my skills in assessing with clients their needs and establishing a path of action to improve their lives.

In my 20s, I started to have episodes while speaking where my voice was loud in my head but inaudible to others.  Unbeknownst to me at the time, I had experienced many past lives’ traumas affecting my throat chakra as well as all areas of my being.  My healing arts teacher  was a spirit guide channel and that ability became a desire of mine but it required speaking.  During a meditation, my neck automatically began to energetically elongate in all directions along with pressure in my throat chakra area.  Initially, I could only make sounds as I was being acclimated to the guides’ more expansion vibrations.  In prior lifetimes, I was a gifted oracle trained in early childhood.  In this lifetime, I choose  to learn how to heal traumas that caused not speaking up for myself, depression, anxiety, invisibility and lack of self confidence and verbal expression. I practiced channeling with friends initially.
